Wishing all of our clients and partners a very Happy, Safe and Blessed Easter
Share
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our Christian clients and partners a very Blessed Easter and to those who aren't, best wishes and lots of chocolate! Well lots of chocolate for everyone regardless!
We know almost next to nothing about our clients except that their garages are protected and statistically that there would be amongst them, those that live alone and for whom the current enforced self-isolation has exacerbated their loneliness. We hope and pray that this time might pass quickly and that our communities might be quickly restored so that we can gather again to laugh, embrace, argue and just be together again as families and mates.
If you know of somebody that is lonely, please reach out to them with a call. It is two minutes of your time, but it will probably impact and carry that person for a lot longer than you could ever possibly imagine.
It may be strange at Easter (or maybe not since we just celebrated Passover), that I would like to share a passage from a Jewish rabbi in encouraging you to reach out - even if you have no idea what to say - especially as guys we are often clueless in this area (if I can speak for myself). Doesn't matter, just pick the phone and make the call:
Each lifetime is the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. For some, there are more pieces. For others, the puzzle is more difficult to assemble. But know this: you do not have within yourself all the pieces to your puzzle. Everyone carries with them at least one and probably many pieces to someone else’s puzzle. Sometimes they know it; sometimes they don’t know it. And when you present your piece, which is worthless to you, to another, whether you know it or not, whether they know it or not, you are a messenger from the Most High.’ (Rabbi Lawrence Kushner)
Stay safe.
