Collection: Sectional Garage Door Seal Kits

Every seal we make for sectional (panel lift) garage doors, in one place: fire retardant and weatherproof brush seals for the 5–25 mm gaps at the top and sides, and the 80 mm EPDM rubber bottom seal for under the door. Single kits suit openings up to 3 m wide, double kits up to 6 m.

Not sure which? Start with the weatherproof kits for dust, draughts and pests, or the fire retardant kits if you’re in a bushfire-prone area. Free shipping Australia-wide, 10-year warranty.

The straight answers

Everything we make for sectional and panel lift doors, in one place. Three questions pick the kit.

  • 5–25 mmgap closed, top and sides
  • 3 m / 6 msingle / double openings
  • 10 yearswarranty on every kit
  • 1–2 hrsto fit it yourself

Which kit do I need?

Answer these three and the kit picks itself.

  • Fire retardant or weatherproof?

Same carriers, same 25 mm brush, same adhesive. Fire retardant uses flame-retardant PA6 filament (flammability index 1 to AS 1530.2, which meets the BAL-FZ brush requirement) for bushfire-prone areas; weatherproof uses standard UV-stabilised filament and costs less.

  • Single or double?

A single kit suits an opening up to 3 m wide; a double kit up to 6 m. Both suit doors up to 3 m high.

  • Which edges?

Top only, sides only, top and sides, or top, sides and bottom. The top and sides are brush seals; the bottom is the 80 mm EPDM rubber seal, also sold on its own.
